Is the beach house good for viewing wildlife?
Yes! There are views of the ocean from the wrap-around porch, the kitchen window, and the top floor living room. You can spot whales, seals, sea lions, otters, and dolphins while at the house and on the beach. There are also plenty of birds in the trees, on the water, and on the beach.

If you walk down the beach just 10 minutes you will come across tide pools, which have all types of life thriving inside! Click here for Santa Cruz's official wildlife watch guide.

In addition to wildlife, you can also spot surfers, kayakers, and sailboats on the ocean, and people gliding on the air towards the beach.
