Abante Realty, LLC is family owned and managed by Jean, a San Francisco Bay Area native who grew up visiting the beaches in Santa Cruz. She continued the tradition when she grew up and started her own family, visiting Santa Cruz during long weekends and the holidays. It had always been a dream of hers to have a house in Santa Cruz and in 2007, while visiting the 26th Ave Beach, she saw this property was for sale... did the math... and decided to finance her dream by running it as a vacation rental. Jean has managed the property with the help of her family since then!

When the property isn't being enjoyed by guests, the owners and their family and friends come to visit. They have had many family reunions there and have made some of their fondest memories at the beach house and on the 26th Ave Beach, and find great enjoyment in helping others make similar memories.
